3 Red Lights of Death On Your Xbox 360-How To Fix It
If you own an Xbox 360, or know someone who does, you’ve probably heard of the notorious 3 red lights of death. This is when 3 of the 4 normally green lights turn red when you power up the console. The Xbox 360’s 3 red lights signify that a general hardware failure has occurred, and that the machine is completely inoperable.
I feel like somewhat of an expert on this subject now, following my own run-in with the 3 red lights on my own Xbox 360 a few weeks ago. And when you consider that as many as 35% of all Xbox 360s will fail at some point in their lives, there must be thousands more like me out there.
The reason I’m writing about it is that I think I may have stumbled onto something other people in my position may find very useful.
I was running a search on Google for the Xbox 360 3 red lights, and while I was sifting my way through the mostly unhelpful results, I found The James Dean 3 Red Light Fix Pro. It immediately struck me as something different, mainly because the developers offered a guarantee that within 2 hours I would be able to get rid of the Xbox 360 3 red lights.
None of the other websites I investigated had such confidence, so I looked a little deeper.
I also noticed that The James Dean 3 Red Light Fix Pro was accompanied by comprehensive video tutorials, which visually demonstrated every step of the fix to rid your Xbox 360 of those 3 red lights.
The more I read, the more convinced I became. So I tried it for myself. I probably wouldn’t have, but with the guarantee that it would work within 2 hours, what did I have to lose?
Anyway, I went for it, tried it, and guess what? Yep, my Xbox 360’s 3 red lights are history. And just like the developers of The James Dean 3 Red Light Fix Pro promised, they were gone within 2 hours and I was back to my gaming.
When you consider the alternatives to The James Dean 3 Red Light Fix Pro (performing dangerous self-fixes with soldering irons, waiting 8 weeks for Microsoft to return your console, etc.) the choice seems simple.
If you want to rid your Xbox 360 of those 3 red lights and be gaming again in less than two hours, I highly recommend you do just what I did – try The James Dean 3 Red Light Fix Pro. If it doesn’t work, you have the guarantee to fall back on. Surely it’s worth a shot, when you consider the crappy alternatives. Click below to check them out!

Yeah, cause having thirty seven screws and random other crap laying around after heat gunning your Xbox is surely the best way to fix it. Yep.
First. And who would pay for this drivel? Search it in google and get it for free, with less heat gun and more actual fixing your console.
Guess I will never understand all the fuss, being a computer gamer and all. if I get some weird red light I can just replace it. How stupid is that?
Thanks Jeff for your input-really seems a bit all over the place-Why do you bother to spend time on my blog ?
Some people have a big problem fixing their Exbox 360- Great advice would be helpful, unfortunately you seem
to have had a bad experience with your Xbox and seem somewhat angry-Hope I can help.
You are always free to post comments or email me.
Believe this,I feel gamers would like to see videos and a Ebook on how to repair the death of 3 red lights
that guides them all the way to repair their Xbox problem. Sure many things free out there, but why not
get the plans to sought this problem out yourself with backup help? I needed that help instantly, hence
I promote this site as it fixed my problem and shared the videos for free with my friends.
Talk soon.

Actually I have and will never own an Xbox. Never had a bad experience with them because i was one of the consumers that chose to not purchase a $300 paperweight that Microsoft thinks they can ban just because you don’t fall in and behave like the rest of the shape.
A guy selling an ebook is not “backup help” it is paying dearly for a service that can be found elsewhere, cheaper. You are already doing something that will void an otherwise useless warranty. Again- if you could just replace the offending part (without paying the expensive shipping from Hong Kong where you bought the inferior replacement part)then I could see it. This guy is more than likely showing you how to take a heat gun to your console or maybe even wrap towels around it to “fix” a problem.
This is not a fix, it is a band aid. You can FIX things by doing them properly, and you can gain the knowledge of how to so freely- thus the whole Right to information thing. Yes. Some people choose to take information found elsewhere and market it as their own, and even more others choose to post about said individuals on a blog, promoting an essentially useless activity. Value added steps such as these are really just a way to make a quick buck and for a lightly traveled blog to get a few hits- cheap gimmicks used to garner the masses.
About the last post, I kind of agree. I WAs drunk when I first read the post. had to comment
Hi Jeff-good to hear from you. I realize not the whole world likes Xbox or Playstation- but a huge amount of people own a Xbox and love it to death until something goes wrong.
To use your comment “if you could just replace the offending part (without paying the expensive shipping from Hong Kong where you bought the inferior replacement part)then I could see it” Good point-so cheaper to repair yourself is a great option.
Your other comment: “This guy is more than likely showing you how to take a heat gun to your console or maybe even wrap towels around it to “fix” a problem.” No offense here but have you bought his program yet, read the book and seen the videos how to fix the red light problem? No wet Towels that I have seen.
Of course The James Dean 3 Red Light Fix Pro makes a buck selling his Xbox fix-money is like blood it has to circulate- Also there is a 100% Guarantee that he offers and also the product is purchased through Clickbank that also offers your money back no questions asked- so really there is not much risk taken but a damned good way to fix your Xbox-Hope that helps and enjoy another Beer-

all very good points- but again I digress.
The point I was (poorly) attempting to make is: you would spend money to patch over a console. This guy is making a killing by selling information that would otherwise be free online and this other guy is posting about it here.
Anyone with half a brain can tell this is miles away from legit. Seriously. Click the link, I dare you. then try to navigate away from his very well designed site. By very well i mean looks as if it were designed by a hamster on cocaine. Any site that BEGS you to stay by offering you discounts on the current product has just got to be 100% straight up, Right? Right??
As to your previous post as to why i was here. I stumbled across it. then when I read the content, which I tend to do if the content involves games- I was rather interested and just had to comment. no, i didn’t purchase his quick fix guide, nor would I ever. What I do know is that from the lay out of his site, the content of the video and the common fixes found this guy is more than likely no different than many others out there, and you are simply promoting this guy.
Oh wait. here’s another fix. http://www.instructables.com/id/Fix-the-Red-Ring-of-Deathwithout-towels/ Wait. you mean… it’s free?! What the deuce?!
Yes. It’s all free. it’s information and not only am I commenting because you choose to promote this low-quality information I am also commenting to stop others from having to pay for what would otherwise be free. Hopefully just one lone person will read the comments here and see just below the video a link to a free fix and utilize this information.
Hey, i am all for your blog thingie. post to your heats content. Share your opinion and be heard by the masses. I’ll freely agree that it’s a “damned good way to fix your xbox” but I will also point out that it is available free, from more… reputable sources and I imagine those sources don’t leave 37 screws and a couple random parts laying around after the “fix”
P.S: The towels aren’t wet, silly- that would cause a short. Dry towels are commonly used to fix whatever it is that goes wrong with the Xbox, I have heard it’s overheating. Doesn’t really take a brain scientist or rocket surgerist to figure out replacing the heat sinks would be a common fix.
I have to agree with Jeff. Buying these stupid guides seems like waste to me. If you have the skill to follow these guides you have the skill required to google the problem and solve it yourself.
my favorite part about my PS3 is how I’ve had it for two years, I leave it on 24/7 and it hasn’t had a single problem yet.
Hey Jeff, You have created some interesting shit dude-take a look at the comments!
Guess I might have to put a forum to this site-Not really sure how to do that yet-
Take Care

Jeff @ Addy This is the beautiful concept of life that I can set up a blog and get people from around the universe
to make comments- And as you see if I was just after the big buck on this product would I allow the post reply’s?
Your comments are what is needed to expand some great views on the video game market.
Much Appreciated
